What is your methodology?
OK9A practices a non-aversive training methodology. Meaning that we discourage the use of outdated training methods and tools such as prong, choke, and electric collars. We recognize that all situations call for different tactics, but when it comes to dog training, we find that the best results come from helping our clients develop strong bonds through building trust and properly utilizing positive reinforcement techniques and tools.
Do you do in-home training sessions?
At the moment, we do not offer in-home training sessions.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes and no. We do not offer traditional discounts, but we do offer promotions throughout the year.
Do you offer packages?
Not yet, but it is something we intend to create in the near future.
Do you offer group classes?
We do not currently offer a group class, but that will be available in the near future!
Do you offer same-day booking?
Not currently. You can do a next-day booking. This gives us time to prepare for your appointment.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule anytime, though we do ask you not to do it at the last minute so we can fill your time slot. If you need to reschedule you can do so through your confirmation email or you can email us at info@onlinek9advice.com
Can I cancel for a full refund?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund up until your appointment time slot. If you do not cancel beforehand, you will be charged the full amount with no refund.
